Jilligame may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions

• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Self-Exclusion at User's Request

To close your account, contact our support team directly. Any real-money balance will be available for withdrawal, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
